Kevin Adler and the Miracle Messages team have been a part of our family from day 1. The work they do to repatriate the homeless with lost loved ones and family is outstanding grass roots work.
As guest speaker at our inaugural FairShare & Friends dinner, Polar Explorer Rob Swan, OBE, has been a 40-year educator and campaigner for environmental awareness and protection. His son, Barney, carries forth this legacy with an innovative program of carbon sequestration programs to deliver meaningful impact.
Criminal Justice Reform has been at the heart of our community impact work, since we first visited Walkhill prison in 2018. Eamonn is a sitting member on the Defy tri-state Board and also helps teach the Defy curriculum to incarcerated Entrepreneurs-in-Training. We encourage all our clients to join our Defy mentorship program. It’s powerful work.
Founded by Nobel Peace Prize winner, Kailash Satyarthi, we have been working with BBA since 2018, working to help raise awareness for the 152 million children currently working in slavery. When Kailiash visits the US, we work with his team to connect him to business leaders, many of whom are unaware of the impact of child slavery on modern day Enterprise business.
The muscular Dystrophy Association is on of the oldest non-profits in America. As one of our founding non-profit partners, we worked with MDA to rebuild long-term partnerships with Harley Davidson, IAFF and explore new accessible travel programs with airlines and hotel groups.
Having lost those close to us, the work of the JED Foundation to address mental health and reduce suicides in young High School and College kids, is work close to our heart. We have been working with JED since 2017.
Since it’s US inception in 2019, FairShare has been instrumental in supporting A Better Life Foundation, working to address food security in America and Canada. Working with Chef Mark Brand, Eamonn chaired the Board, serving from 2018-2020 before stepping down to play a less dominant role. FairShare remains an active supporter ABLF.
For the last four years we have been supporting the critical work of the Sun Valley Institute, helping to curate the event and taking clients and powerful guest speakers to inspire the audiences at this intimate and inspiring event in Ketchum, Idaho. We are counting the days for the return of physical gathering in 2022.
Another of our earliest impact partners, is the Saint Bernard Project, based in New Orleans. This non-profit, founded in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina, has become a leading authority in the practical rebuilding of communities through disaster recovery.
The optimism and energy of the youth movements are continually excite and fill us with hope or the future. Eamonn works as a strategic advisor to Civics Unplugged and The National Children’s Campaign and we are always looking for opportunities for corporate engagement.
From the inception of FairShare, we have been active members of communities such as HATCH, BLK SHP and Dot Dot Dot ( in the UK). These underground, invitation only communities are the lifeblood of our work and the nourishment our soul needs. We’ve really missed the special gatherings of the activists, artists, miscreants and misfits, but your friendship has kept us alive, until we can gather once more….
